Googling his skype comes up with this report. It's unfortunately in Lithuanian but Google translate helps a bit.

It seems he was reported, claimed that Fire-X33 wasn't his skype and belonged to another user, and then in the end it turned out that it was him impersonating himself and he had another profile named Baksis.
