PDS + CODED for a runescape help site

[07Coins]

Looking for someone who can do this, I also didn't know where to place this topic so I thought I place it here.

One last thing I want the person who I choose to be discreet about my fan site and not to show the work out.

Thanks

Are you looking to make a forums?

Or just an website with one page , where you update facts / news?

I have a IPB licence and will get a style once the homepage and all the other pages are done.

I wanna make it like 2007rshelp.com but maybe with a better look.
