[PC] Recovered my old pure [PC]

I recently recovered a pure I made a long ass time ago. I was going to sell it but never got the chance to; I'm wondering how much this would sell for:

40 attack
70 strength
1 defense
70 range
1 prayer
70 mage
66 hp

52 combat

It only has around 1m cash and items on it, and basically has 1's in all noncombat stats. So how much could I get for this?

 

15- 30 dollars in my opinion

 

Anything I can do to make it more valuable?

 

buy more gold for it, get 80-90 str.

Nope, currently has no rare items whatsoever, and yeah I was thinking of getting 80-90 strength/mage/range while keeping defense/prayer at 1.

Let's say I got 80 strength/mage/range, what would its value be then?

 

at that i would say 20-50$ depending on who buys it
