Pc on master runecrafter robe skiller

[PollyW]

I was looking for a price check on a level 3 skiller with 60 runecrafting, and the master runecrafter robes, which take 35+ hours to obtain.
If you would know a rough price, please feel free to reply.
Also, how much would the account be with the robes + 99 runecraft.
