i remember this used to be used as a scam back in 2009 now it is untraceable. anyway an account with one of these is worth something?

and how about accounts with holiday items such as grim reaper hood or the snow globe that can make snowballs fro you to throw

 

I doubt it. I've never seen any extra value given to a discontinued non-holiday untradeable except for the war ship: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/War_ship.

As for holiday items, the ones you describe probably add a buck or 2 each. People will pay the most for bunny ears and scythe among the holiday discontinueds
