Honestly, I don’t see you getting anywhere near $200. I would say more like $75 (150m). The only way I’d expect you to get more is if you accepted PayPal from someone trusted that way they had recourse if you chose to recover the account.

 

What if it has a rare name?

 

Depends on what that name is and how rare man.

 

I have sold 5 accounts so far with less then 10 vouches. Wouldn't worry too much, someone will eventually buy it. Also, is say about 200-300$ as well.
