Now let's say if I end up getting 31 prayer on this would it's value go down much?

 

it would honestly sell more for 15 prayer, because then the buyer has the option of keeping it 15 and taking it to 31 if they really want to but clearly you cant go back to 15, keep 15 for sure

 

150USD or 200 bucks

 

I see accounts on PA with similar stats selling for $200+. Glws!

 

If I were to buy it, and knew that I had 100% ownership and no chance of recovery, I'd pay $300. But without 500+ vouches/tons of money donated/staff, etc.. I'd probably pay $150-175.
