Your guess is a bit off, in my opinion - your lack of a rep is the biggest issue here. I'd say it's worth $25-30, tops. It may be up to $50 if the you were a well-known, trusted Sythe member and the account's original owner.

from what i've got, 60/80/1 accounts are going for 60$ and up. the fact mine has 1 pray makes it even more valueable as it leaves option open.

forgot to mention the account is completely quested, mith gloves, MM, attack quested, full zammy book etc.
