PC Boots Up NO Display* Please Help

Okay so I am trying to res my desktop PC.

Right now it has an amd fx 6100 - 6300 processor forget which one
16 gigs of ddr3 1600mhz memory *4* ram sticks
msi gtx560 twin frozr ii OC Video Card
MSI 970A-G43 mobo ( Brand stinking new ) just bought it

right now my pc turns on, every fan but I am getting no display, could anyone help me ? I'm stuck-



I've tried a 9500 GT video card instead of the gtx 560 ti and same results, i got the card from my brother who just took it out of his system 2 days ago upgrading to a r7 250 radeon, 9500 GT was working prior to taking it out. Now, my mobo says JPWR2 4 on 4 *8* pin and a 24 pin, my PSU does not have a 4 on 4 connector so I tried hooking a 3 on 3 *6* pin connector to jpwr2 and have my 24 pin plugged in does not turn on. I remove the 3 on 3 connector leaving only the 24 pin connector in and powers up. What's the deal ?
