Looks like a phase 2 to me. Head over to csgo.exchange, sign in or enter your profile in the Calculator > Inventory and see what it writes. Here's mine:

It says 1 on the bottom left indicating that it is Phase 1.

Now you can also see the float value. The closer it is to the right, the better. Let me know what phase and float and Ill see if I can get you a PC.
