Eh, I don't think 200M would be possible with A) His trust level, and B) No max stats, it needs to be maxed if you want $200+ for it/200M or have a huge amount of vouches for it.

So 120-150M is my estimate.

We aren't quoting his trust level, we're quoting his account. If he has fire cape with only 31 prayer, along with barrage/91 strength/99 range, the account should genuinely fetch 200m in my opinion. But that's all the price checks are, opinions. I think 150 is a reasonable estimate if he doesn't have fire cape.
