@Quadrupled, No i MM doesn't mean the sale's safe, Its a method to ensure both parties get what they want without an initial scam taking place.

Any and All accounts are recoverable if you use a middle man or not. So it would be down to you reputation on sythe, I.e If this account was for sale by somebody such as @King I Would happily pay 150m+ since the reputation is good and there's little chance of it being recovered
But with your reputation on this site as a newcomer you'd find it extremely hard to sell.
