can worth 1k+ usd to the right people but it will be extremely hard to sell the account since you have no trust on this site

how do i get trust or use a middle-man or how much discount do i have to give before people are willing to look into it?

You can always recover an account so middleman worth nothing there also i would say minimum 30 vouches for a high priced account. Also the 30 vouches from other account sales or something really similar.
