Paypal+WU question Question.

Paypal question

Alright, so my Paypal account is verified and everything. Can i add a prepaid visa card, and then put the money on it into my paypal balance? Or can i only pay by the funds being withdrew from it as i send money?

I know i can send money online with WU, I saw that i can use credit cards ETC, does this include prepaid visas,also can i pay with paypal?

 

I'd also like to know about the prepaid visa,, i'm just been using cash for Western Union transactions.. Would deffinately save some time
