Depending on your vouches/my judgement I'll most likely do half first and the rest when it's done, or go per quest. I won't pay all first unless I feel safe in doing so, and if all your vouches are from doing 2 minute f2p quests or dumb shit from leechers that doesn't mean much to me.
Also, I will not let a leecher on my account.

I have all requirements for DT and subquests besides firemaking and thieving, which I can get, but would pay a little extra if I don't have to.
Need Digsite, Troll Stronghold, Ikov, and Tourist trap done too.
You'd have to get the items ready yourself.

Paypal is bank linked, pretty sure it's verified too but I can check if it's necessary. If you want to use WU, YOU pay charges.
Don't have MSN, post here if you have AIM or IRC, hell I'd even use facebook chat.

Also, not sure how much would be a reasonable price, so if anyone neutral has suggestions feel free to tell me.
