PayPal won't let me pay.

So, I wanted to buy 8M 07GP. Everything went smooth, until I wanted to pay.
Paypal gives me the following when I try to pay; We cannot process your payment at this time.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem.
I have enough money on my account, so that isn't the problem.
Really looking for help because I am in need of some 07GP.

Note; This is my first time using PayPal. I don't know what to do. Tried several things, I even let the seller sent me an invoice. All doesnt work..

 

Credit card or balance?

 

Balance, haven't got any credit card or other cards with my account. I just got $40 on balance. But it won't let me use it.

 

Use a different browser

 

I'm pretty sure it will work if you connect a card.

 

you have to have adebit card linked to your acc happend to me.

go to a gas station and buy like a $25 pre-paid vanilla master card which is just a pre parid debit card u pay $25 cash and get it in card and you can link that to your paypal and it will work

 

I will try to connect my bank with it and see if that works.
Already tried different browser, also doesn't work.
