Paypal without CC?

Is there a way to get a paypal account without a credit card or bank card or any of that stuff? If so please post how.

 

Just sign up to paypal. But you can't put any money on it, unless you/someone sends a money on your paypal account from another paypal account.

Sign up normally, and that's it. You can receive and send money without any issues. (there are sending/receiving limits, in the thousands though)

 

No, you need to verify the account through credit card, debit card, or bank account before you can send money to anyone. You can receive any amount of money at any given time though.

 

no because they set it up so that you wont be trafficking money like lets say you scam some1 they cant recover money because you have no funding source on file and once you send the money it will be gone from the original owner forever.

 

Nope, you need a bank or cc to send money, not to receive. Thats why you setup an account where you "live" in Denmark like me.

 

Gotta be verified to send money or spend it..

 

make a australian or canadian paypal, there is a very large spending limit, so you dont have to worry.
over 2k+ to spend and recieve.

Chances are Paypal will limit your account if you receive any large sums of money into it, however. So I recommend receiving the money, then withdrawing it afterwards to guarantee your funds. You may need a bank account to withdraw your money to.
