PayPal Verification - One Method Down.

This thread is to confirm that PayPal verification, using E-Trade Bank accounts, is not reliable.

Here is the bank account, used on my paypal:

Here is proof that it was given by Feren-Silver [unless its a coincidence that the last four digits match]:

Here is the page, which states that I am limited:

Here is another page, which states the same thing:

Keep in mind that this was a fresh PayPal account, made from an IP not associated with any other PayPal accounts.

Unfortunately this method doesn't work anymore

PayPal will limit your account and ask you for new BA and ID once you send/receive any money using this VBA.
