    Hey guys so i have recived a paypal payment and i cannot do anything with the money at all.. i recived 188$ usd and i cant even send it to people nor withdraw the funds, anyone know why?

    Paypal troubles
    That usually means your account has been limited because it's not verified, the payment is pending, or you have an active charge back on your account

    Paypal troubles
    When you haven't verified your account with a credit/debit card and/or bank account, they tend to limit what your account can do.

    You can probably send cash but it would have to be in smaller amounts.
