PayPal to Onebip?

Okay, Onebip allows you to add a PayPal account and I know that you can transfer
PayPal funds to Onebip. Unfortunately, I do not know how this is performed so
could someone possibly assist me in further knowledge as to how to add
funds to Onebip via PayPal?
