I wasn't sure on where to put this in all honesty, so I put it here.

Basically, I need an exchanger who'll allow me to exchange Paypal $ for Liberty Reserve Funds, or another way such as Western Union for Liberty Reserve.

You will of course be paid for your time.

The reason I'm posting here and not on a exchanger site, as their fees are seemingly through the roof, and I'd much rather be in direct contact with the other person.
