   Hey guys, if I have met the 200 transactions but have not hit the 20k threshold, do I still have to file taxes? Share any experiences please! I would highly appreciate it.

   You only have to report your 1099-K form with paypal if you exceed both of the limitations (200 transactions AND $20,000 or more).
