I just went over my sending limit on paypal,(im not verified member).
Did i go over my sending limit in a month,or what?

Unverified accounts have a sending limit of 5000$ and a withdrawal of 500$ a month (numbers are taken from a US Paypal account).

You can easily verify your account by attaching a bank and confirming a debit card.
