Is that working? I sold someone mils via paypal, i asked them to file claim/cancel and show them the method... But how come when he open the dispute and cancel close it?

 

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by that? "and cancel close it?" What does that mean?

If he can't cancel the dispute, then chances are he filed an "Unauthorized Transaction" in which case PayPal would have to investigate. The person needs to file an Item Dispute.

Yes the method still works, but it is NOT full proof. It is still possible to recover the money even after a claim has been filed and canceled.
