    Claim/cancel is risky business if you want to stay on PayPal for long.

    I would suggest what I and a few other sellers I know of do as an extra precaution - Just write out a disclaimer for them to send as a note attached to the payment. It needs to state that they understand they're paying for an intangible that they've already received, and that they agree not to charge back under any circumstance. Something like this has never failed to win me disputes when people have tried to scam me.

    Yes, this is EXACTLY what i used to get payers to send me on the note attached to payment, i came up with a very professional note myself but now i've seen it copy and pasted all over the place due to leaks.. now i question it because paypal could see it attached to multiple payments and assume forced fraud.

    what i've started to do is send invoices stating that by paying me they are agreeing that they have received the service and are happy with it and that they authorize the transaction, this should cut out anyone who is attempting to scam me. I hope.
