    Paypal Problem Loosing Money Help!
    This person on sythe called Khadafi, hopefully he will be permanently banned soon, he is taking his money back, when i traded him 80m. Please help, on paypal it says 'Held' and i took screenshots of chat with him to put in the dispute section, is there any way he wont get the money back, he is scamming me!
