paypal payment

im not sure where to post this so i post this here, i just traded with someone and he send me 22$ its now about 15 min later and money didnt come in yet, how long should this take normally? also, he send me a screeny if the payment but in the list it stated my paypal as a e-mail adres and all other payments with just a name how does this come?

 

he probably scammed you if its been 15 minutes

 

yes, it is always Instant, unless the money is held by paypal, or he didn't even send it to you

If you do not have a transaction that says payment pending and you haven't received it after 15 mins, you've been scammed no doubt.

 

hmmm very weird cause he is still responding to whatever i asked, also i just checked my bank account and i saw that a payment i made at 19-11 through paypal was taken from my bank account at 22-11, so can it be that my paypal is delayed or something?

 

If he had sent it from a bank account you would still have a payment pending transaction down at the bottom of the main page of your account with the other transactions.

 

I'd say the transaction is pending, I believe you've been scammed in which case you should file a RaS report. Wish the best to you.
