The history of paypal is not very bright either, first people on Sythe alonnggg time ago found out the ''claim and cancel'' and was generally used.

Than scammers found ways to fraud with that method too, and later the Gift + Note method shown up.

Than the faggot scammers found out about vpns and stuff, making it a completly useless method too.

Direct payments are 99,99% charged unless the person has 99999 vouches.

PayPal is a crap method to deal with besides PA.
