[Paypal] Need Picture Redone! [Paypal]

I made this picture and as you can see it looks terrible. I need it remade with rich, bright, appealing colors! Keep the colors the same way they are just brighter and make it less pixely. This design will go on shirts as well as a banner!

I also need text to go along the tall uncut grass in the middle of it with maybe a nice border around it with a different color background behind the text? You can play around with the border making it look nice and find a good color that will be easy to read but those are just some things I have in mind.
