Ok, My main is perm banned with 10.5 out of 10 appeals. They didnt give me a last chance for some reason idk why. Impossible because:
1. Rule 12 is permanent ban with no appeal. Jagex gets really PMSy about it.
2. No more customer support so you can't lie and say you were hacked.

You have no communication with Jagex whatsoever.
If you can somehow contact them, maybe from another account, be sure to change your IP, and everything, wait a while, then say you were hacked.

 

If someone got you unbanned.. Tell me bc I got same problem on my pure has 25m on it
