You cant really get ban you will get the achievements that you glitched resetted, you will get ban if you over due it

 

can you reset gamerscore yourself or get rid of it somehow?

 

I think that if youre smart, you can bring your gamerscore back up if it gets reset. If that happens to anyone, ill do it for them if i can.
