PayPal Master Card

I'm wondering if anybody's got one of these and the advantages to it. I believe I've read some where, when you have one, and have money in your PayPal balance, you can withdraw if from an ATM. I have a debit card as it is, but with the ability to withdraw your funds instantly is going to help so much. Anybody have one? Looking for some input on it. Anything wrong with it?
