Okay? But my point was that holding btc is pretty stupid if you aren't on top of crypto happenings; which i'm guessing the vast majority of people that just use it to buy osrs gold with aren't...
This imperfect information may lead to losses far greater than just transaction fees. So yes, I stand by my opinion of how holding bitcoin is stupid if you aren't trading or investing in it, and only using it as a means of exchange. Even with research and keeping tabs on current affairs, the odds are still never in your favour, let alone randomly buying it just to buy some gold with it some time later.
