I was wondering if I should make the account with all my correct information?

Is there any chance of getting in trouble with the law- selling Mills and accounts?

I DID register, and gave them my all my real info- including my bank- which says it will take 2-3 days to confirm the transaction.

 

You will not get in real trouble for selling accounts.

Although, if a charge-back occurs and your left with -(amount of cash); they charge it from your bank account or send you a letter in the mail about it.

It wouldn't have mattered if you set one up without the real information.

 

How would a charge back occur?

I wouldnt have to worry about that if im not buying anything, right?
Since im only selling Mills and accounts.

and also, I dont know much about paypal, and someone wants to buy my main for 45$. what precaution should I take before I give them the information - is there anyway they can take there money back?

 

Use an official middleman or someone such as Darkgroove the market moderator.

On Paypal, people can claim their money back.

My advice to you; try moneybookers instead of paypal.

 

moneybookers is not supported in the US.

if they claim there money back... then why does -anyone- use paypal -.-

 

Your best bet is going to your local post office and buying a post office box there if you're planning on doing regular trades and your budget supports it

Otherwise use Western Union

Paypal likes to screw over people as much as they can

As far as I know, it's not against the law to sell mils and accounts

Just make sure you don't claim Jagex's things as your own

 

If i buy a post office box - how will that help me?

Also, what will western union help me with?

 

A post office box allows you to have people mail you anything without it being sent to your home address and it's in CASH

Western Union is also in CASH

The idea is that no company has access to your money EXCEPT YOU
