PayPal Help

OK, i had a WoW account for sale, and this chick said she'd buy it. Ok everything went fine until i realized the money she paid had disappeared and i have this -

Ok what do i do to either get my account back or my money. Please Help. This is her address, i dont know if its real or not, 123 Park Ave, Southport, NC 28461, United States. MSN - [email protected]

 

This is called a chargeback and the reason you don't use paypal. Chances are the address is correct. You could always look her number up online and harass her until she gives your money back but I can't think of any other way unless you have screen shots prooving you gave her the account.

Argh, you've been victim to a chargeback, it's when they take the money back after already to have seemingly paid it.

The address is right unless it isn't a bank verified account, then you could be in trouble. If you can, try talking some sense into her through MSN. If you can't do that, contact paypal or try to get a phone number of hers and actually call their house about it.

I'm almost positive you calling their house will give them a wake up call and they will give you the account back or pay you (again).
