Not meant to spam, but i would just say that if you contact steam then they will probably let you choose a new game for the same price. My friend did it cause he accidently bought counterstrike 1.6 instead of source. Then he contacted steam support and explained and he paid the extra that source was and got it.

 

Thanks for the idea, I am going to send them a support ticket now. In the meantime, I am still accepting offers. Retails at £19.99.
