OK, PayPal called and my sister picked up and she told them I was 13, so they locked my account. I had my credit card number on there, now I can't use PayPal..? Wtf? Any help?:mad:
 
I don't think there's much you can do, they won't unlock it, even if you had money on the account, because you broke their rules, the only thing you can do is make a new account.
 
Very easy , find someone who works good with photoshop . Send them your passport , ask them to edit a bit and your done . I made one guy this service for 150$ :)

Theres a difference between a debit card and a credit card buddy.

Theres nothing you can really do, and photoshopping a fake passport wont do anything. If anything, I would make your sister pay you up the cash you had on the account.

I friend of mine has 3 credit card and he is 14. They are his cards, and he can use them how ever he pleases. Well, he has 5 HUGE flat screen tvs, about 5 BEAST computers 3 houses, an office and their cats drink fuiji water, but....

so its not that weird for a 13 year old to have a cc :/

No, you are a wrong, ignorant fool. No matter how rich you are, you can NOT get a credit card at 14.

Also, HE doesn't have 5 flat screens, HE doesn't have 5 computer, HE doesn't have 3 houses, and HE doesn't have a cat who drinks Fiji water. His parents do.
 
Guys stop hijacking my thread into some credit card arguement, yes i know theres a difference between debit and credit i may be 13 but im not an r-tard. The problem is i can't make a new paypal WITH THE SAME CREDIT CARD i had no money on it, just the numbers, now i can't make another? ANY ALTERNATIVES?

As Shakaka said, the money is not his, it is his parents that spoil the kid. I am 17. When I was 16, I got a debit card and a credit card. The credit card is linked to my parents account, and I only use it when they tell me to. (Go fill up the car with gas, buy milk, etc).

If your spoiled friend has a credit card, it is on his parent's account. No way would a credit card company trust a 13 year old with credit.
