What did Paypal put as the reason?
what's the reason:
1. Unusualselling activity.
Provide all the transaction records recently which they required
2. Unusual logging activity.
Prove that you are the ture owner of the paypal by chaning your pass I think.
you need to handle this very carefully, if not,it will be limited forever.

When my PP gets limited I give them i.d proof and change pass etc.. basically just do what it says to appeal the limitation and it should be fine.
