Paypal fee calculator?

[Virtual]

I usually use http://thefeecalculator.com/ but it's never exact, does anyone know any calculator that can give exact values? (Please post only if you've tried yourself)

Thanks

I believe paypal fees are an additional 2.9% of the amount being sent + $0.30

The fee rate can be different in different countries. So that might be the reason.
