Paypal Explanations

Hi,

recently I've been emailed by paypal. They say that they reviewed my account and are basically asking me to prove the legitimacy of my business model to avoid money laudering and other infractions using their website. My paypal is currently limited and will stay that way until I resolve the issue.

For that, they asked 4 things:

1) A listing of the products and services you offer.

2) A detailed explanation of your business model.

3) A list of all URLs or websites that will be used to receive payments.

4) The type of payments you will send and receive, including the type of goods or services you will accept payments for. Please explain how you will be paid, whether there is a cash-out option, and what goods or services the customers are receiving.

I'm making this thread because the transactions I make using paypal are Real-World-Trading Transactions on runescape.

Now my question is the following: considering I live in Canada, should I explain them with detail that I make money gambling (staking) and selling the gold back to people through sythe?

Anyone have had this problem before?

dont say gambling, just say you farm gold on multiple accounts and sell them etc

 

Tbh what I did was I closed my business account and left it as personal.

But its always better if you call them, they'll be in a hurry wanting to help you and move on to the next customer.
