A rly lil one. What type of dispute did you claim? Unauthorized or item not received. Also calling Paypal and explaining the matter is a Big plus, helped me win some disputes

:/ When purchasing accounts it's always a huge risk, same matter happened to me, as CrazyPipe mentioned try contacting Calling PayPal, although they have polices regarding virtual trading.
