Paypal - credit card?

Hey,

Just a quick question for anyone out there - How do you check if a paypal is credit card funded or not? Would the individual have to provide a screenshot or something?

Also if the buyer was to gift the money to myself with no credit card attached to his account; would I be safe?

 

Yes. You would have him get a screenshot of his verification on his add or edit credit card page. And You can always chargeback even if you don't have a credit card. I think you can get a bank to reverse the trade.

 

Your best bet is to avoid paypal all together because credit card/bank doesn't mean anything these days in regards to safety.

 

yes , if the paypal says NOT verified and wen they provide a picture for you , make sure they are vierfied

 

Well there is no real ways as someone can edit screenshot if they intend to scam you!

Other only way is when they send money, a fee would be deducted from it...which means its cc funded. Read my guide on my sig for what to do in those situations
