Is it possible for a person to get his money back after claiming and cancelling, even if it was a stolen paypal account.

Also how do I know if he used a Credit card funded account.

 

no matter what they did with paypal.... there always have a way to claim back the money...... Claiming and cancelling don't means anything... I success not use paypal... Well if you want to use paypal, try not to deal with credit card fund because it's the easiest to claim money back.... Also bank funds, paypal balance are still ok to claim back the money 2nd time if they call paypal.... GL.....Also you post in a wrong selection.
