The style sheets contain information such as colours and fonts of specific items on a HTML page. Without a style sheet your website would look dull and boring! However a style sheet is what you use to give everything life!

Anyways - many people are capable of designing websites but cannot code them to actually use them as a website.
The solution for this is to find somebody to take your PSD and convert it into XHTML/CSS themselves! Thus making your life much easier and meaning that you can get your website up much much faster!

PSD to XHTML/CSS is a difficult process! It can sometimes take upto a week to just correctly implement one page! Which - yep you've guessed it - means that this is quite a costly process!

People charge between $50 to $500 just to convert a page from a photoshop file to XHTML/CSS!
