Paypal chargebacks; scam method.

Anyone who is legit will have no problems signing up to PA to pay through Paypal, just pay for the fees, it's better than being charged back the whole amount.

Also if you're from Europe you can use Moneybookers, it's very easy to use, no chargebacks. And you can upload money instantly via Bank transfer.

WU is the best choice, however big fees

Sad story dude, I have lost my paypal account with $1500USD for just the account not verify

 

This has been around since i PKed in full mith asking if they were "Scard t get ownde?"

 

1. Never use PayPal unless you completely trust the other parties (MMs affect nothing).

2. You can have them write anything you want in the notes, but it's meaningless and does absolutely nothing. Think about it this way. If I'm a hacker and I send unauthorized funds to another account, and the person disputes. Do you think PayPal is going to look at the note and go, "Oh, hey, the note says they won't dispute, so I guess we can't allow it." No.

3. Don't send/receive payments as gifts, you're already violating PayPals Terms of Service right there. It definitely won't help when the time comes and the other person is trying to chargeback.

 

Paypal should really only be used when dealing with friends and trusted people.

Its unfortunate to hear you got scammed.

paypal are usually for goods like when someone buys them you can actually prove it by giving them the Delivery number .

 

I was thinking, its really stupid but im going to put it anyways.. if you only want paypal you could receive the payment, im not sure how many days yyou have untill you can't chargeback but ill say wait 7. Days then finish the transaction. Obviouslyy people arre going to be critical of this idea I know this.. its simply a suggestion/idea I've been thinking of.. also, is there a way to check to tell the difference from CREDIT CARD payment than MONEYPAK payment?

 

if you want to accept money pack from someone simply tell them to go out get a money pack card with the proper amount on it and give you code to enter into your PP no need for them to send you money via their PP then and no way i am aware of to get it back

Don't trust anyone- even if they are "trusted" members. I've seen a lot of "legit" traders suddenly turn in to scammers when they finally get a huge trade (500M+ sort of range)

Not saying ALL newcomers are scammers but most of them are usually are, if you want to risk getting scammed then your more than welcome to trade through paypal gift etc however those of you who doesn't want to get scammed should only do that with whom are actually trusted.. and for them Sythe users that aren't that trusted use playerauctions with them .. it should take you around 1-2mins to create an account.
