Paypal - Buying/selling

[PrayerKid]

So if i were to make a paypal and link my account to it, how can i make it the MOST secure i can, and if taking payments for things, what steps do i need to take to prevent chargebacks?

Any tips for using paypal as well things like purchases/sales etc.
