I'm buying as many mills as possible with $40. I'll be paying for it through PayPal, and will only accept xfer through Tokkul. The loss % will be for my account, do not worry.

I am willing to use a MM, I am not interested in paying fees. I am also willing to learn how the hell you can 'Claim and Cancel' on paypal, since I don't know.
