I'm buying 75mil, only have PayPal. I'll be paying 4$/M. I will go first if you have many vouches/proof, etc. If not you can find an official MM (Which I will cover the costs). For people worried about PayPal charge backs/claims, obviously there is a limit to what I can do to convince you I am trustworthy considering I am new here, however I will be giving out my phone number/address if needed, etc and will do what I can to gain your trust so my future business on these forums will be a pleasant one!
