First of all, I want to say that I'm new here and new to the market.
I want to have a paypal account so I can buy/sell pins and runescape accounts. Can anyone help me make a paypal account that I can send and recieve money on without needing a bank account attached. I've quickly looked around, but couldn't find one. If someone could help me find a guide or tell me how, I would appreciate it greatly.
Thank You,
Rs Emperor
