    All services are for OSRS and RS3.

    How can i pay?
    The prices on the picture are in RS3 gold.
    But you can also pay in OSRS gold and PayPal, if you prefer any of these payment methods, contact me via skype or pm.

    Is it safe?


    Our services are 100% safe. All services will be done by hand, so 0% ban chance.

    Do you do Powerleveling or Firecape/kiln cape?

    For powerleveling, i only do small orders. ( For now)
    For Firecape/kiln cape, i am currently training to get 100% succeed rate.

    Can you go first?

    It is simple, you go first or we use a trusted Middleman. This does not apply for RuneMate staff.

    1) Always ask for a forum pm when talking on skype.

    2) If the customer logs in during a service, without the permission of the owner or manager, the service may be terminated with no refund.

    3) Changing of password during the service, without bringing it to the knowledge of the owner or manager, will lead to the termination of service without refund.

    4) Unless the customer is a mod or staff, we will not go first.

    5) If a customer prefers not to go first, however, the payment will be made through a VMM at the customer's expense.

    6) If a customer breaks the maximum trust and is scammed, the service will not be held responsible for the amount exceeding the insurance.(I.E, if the worker has a trust of 20m and you pay them 30m, and then they scam you. The service is only liable to pay 20m, as that is the limit we have set.)

    7) We reserve the right to turn down any order we so wish to.

    8) If the service workers are occupied, and unable to take your order, you may choose to wait or pay a rush fee to bring it to the top of our list.

    9) Please use the form below for your order.

    10) You must have all the requirements for the order, before it is started (this includes items as well, in 07 orders).

    11) If the customer agrees to these TOS, and the order is undertaken, following which it is found that not all requirements are met, the manager or owner (at their discretion) can either terminate the order without, or with a partial, refund. OR, The customer will pay an extra fee to get the requirements done.

    12) You must provide all required items, or the money for them, before the service begins.

    13) We request that you vouch after the service is completed.

    14) If a service is not fully completed in the required amount of time/any problems from our side, we will issue either a full or partial refund, depending on the work done/conditions of the termination.

    15) If an account is banned during the course of our service, while under no fault of our own, we will issue a partial refund, with regard to the amount of work done.

    16) When the service is completed, the customer will immediately change the password of the account.

    17) If a customer claims to have been scammed by one of the workers, the customer must provide proof of the last logged in ip, along with any other indicators of said scam. The quester will always be given the benefit of doubt, so ensure the proof is substantial.

    18) If, for any reason, a customer breaks the TOS, we hold the right to terminate the service with no refund.

    19) Any wealth on the account be it 07 or EoC should be reported to Slash to decrease risk of scams from workers as we can tell you to move it to another account.

    20) The manager MUST receive login details, which he will pass on to worker.

    21) Any issues that lead to a temporary halting of the service (from the customer's side), will lead to a "pause" in the time limit as well. I.E, if a time limit is provided, the amount of time the service is halted, will be added to the time limit.
